Jill Pham

Jill Pham (she/they) has volunteered with Portland Jobs with Justice since 2015, including recently as Co-Chair of the Executive Board. She brings her lived experience as a queer woman of color, child of refugees, and a retail/food service worker turned Organizer. She has a B.A. in Social Work and brings this framework into her labor/worker organizing philosophy. We are excited that outside of JwJ, Jill works to build bonds of solidarity through community outreach and mutual aid efforts.

Jill knows “we face dark times ahead and we must face them together.” About the change she has added, “I’m beyond excited to begin this role to cultivate a better future for all, to create resilient communities, and uplift those who have been marginalized.”
