2017 Annual Dinner
Saturday September 30, 2017 6-9pm
OHSU Collaborative Life Sciences Building
Ground floor Atrium
Tickets are SOLD OUT!
We are excited to invite you to our 2017 annual dinner — Our Community, Our Cause. For over a quarter of a century Portland Jobs with Justice has been a hub of support for working people in our city. With your generous support, we continue to grow and deepen our relationship to the struggles of working people. Our success together is only possible because of your support!
*In recognition of the fact that September 30 marks of the end of the Yom Kippur Jewish holy day, dinner will not be served and the program will not begin until after sunset at 7pm.*
As the highlight of an exciting program, we are honored and thrilled to welcome Seattle City Councilmember Kshama Sawant as our keynote speaker at this year’s annual dinner!
Councilmember Sawant is known for being a leader in the first successful campaign for a citywide $15 minimum wage, and has used her platform on Seattle’s city council to be a tireless champion for workers rights, renters rights, and economic justice. Sawant is the first socialist to win a citywide election in Seattle in almost a century.
There are many ways to support our Annual dinner, ranging from sponsorships, digital ad purchases, individual tickets, in-kind donations as well as a donation of your skills or time. Please feel free to contact Justin Norton-Kertson via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 971-242-8702.
Come celebrate and build a stronger community with us!
